In the previous assignments of the research, the discussion has been made regarding the social e-commerce. Social e-commerce is an important aspect of the business environment which has gained much importance. I have learned that organizations are using social media platforms for communicating and interacting with the customers. In this reflection, I will pen down the knowledge or learning which I have gained during the execution process of this research program. While carrying out the data collection activity of the research, I have assembled data related to the research program. From the assembled data it can be analyzed that the popularity of the concept of social e-commerce among the customers is increasing. Promotional activities of the business are being carried out with the help of social e-commerce platforms. One of the most important benefits of using social e-commerce is directly engaging the customers and developing the knowledge of the social buying behavior of the customers (Li, et. al., 2013). I have analyzed that with the use of social e-commerce organizations are capable to target the customer groups. There has been a rise in the popularity of the social e-commerce and digital technology in the business environment. Few drawbacks have been identified which are related to the use of social media platforms (Lee Lee, 2012). I have set objectives on the basis of which data collection activity has been initiated. Objectives of this research program are to identify the opportunities which are related to the use of social e-commerce, identify the problems related to the use of social e-commerce and identify the ways which can be adopted by the company for coping with the problems related to social e-commerce. I have defined the scope for setting the outline of the program and identifying the areas which have been covered in the research program. The scope of the research program has guided the efforts in the right direction and helped in the attainment of the objectives of the business research program (Liang, et. al., 2011). I have assembled data and from the assembled data it has been identified that social commerce is a part of social media marketing policy. Promotional campaigns of the business include social e-commerce for ensuring that the objectives of the business are attained. Social media websites have helped in interacting with the different groups of the society. Businesses are using social media for the purpose of branding the products or services offered by the business. Social media is used as an essential part of the branding strategies of the organizations. Reviews of the products or services can be gathered from the social media platforms (Liang Turban, 2011). I have analyzed various problems associated with the use of social e-commerce. Social e-commerce is based on internet connectivity and in the absence of internet connectivity social e-commerce is of no use. Security issues can be faced with the use of social e-commerce as online theft is increasing. Fake information can be posted on the behalf of the business by the competitors. Accounts of the organization can be hacked by the hackers and this increases the threat to the confidentiality of the business. Information posted on the social media platforms can collect negative feedbacks from the customers of the business (Lu, et. al., 2010). I have focused on conducting this business research program in an effective manner so as to ensure that the objectives are achieved. According to me, the learning experience is the most important aspect of every individual. It forms a base for the decisions taken in the future for the different situations faced. This business research program promoted a better learning process for enhancing the experience gained. This business research program is of great value for the experience which will be used or applied in different situations or events faced during the different phases of life. After completion of this business research program, knowledge has been developed regarding the manner a research is executed for the assembling of data for an aspect (Tsingos-Lucas, et. al., 2017). This learning experience will help me in coping with the different situations of the different phases of the life. I have conducted this business research with my own efforts for ensuring that this program is developing my knowledge and skills. This business research program is essential for the course as for the attainment of the outcomes of the course; this research program has to be completed successfully in a proper manner. I have learned that ethical aspects must be considered by the individual for performing an activity. From the application of the knowledge gained during the execution of this business research program, different situations faced in the future and general life. Different methods have been applied for the execution of this research. These methods can be used for collecting data for the future career (Dalley-Hewer, et. al., 2015). I have performed the business research in a sequence for ensuring that every activity of the research is performed as per the plans formulated. Different methods are adopted for initiating the data collection method and those methods have been selected after analysis of the different methods. I have collected the data which is relevant to the research topic. This collected data has formed the base for the successful completion of the business research. I have prepared an action plan for ensuring that the research is performed in a well-structured manner. This action plan has formed a base for the execution of this research program (Naber Wyatt, 2014). This business research is of great importance for me as it has contributed to my knowledge, skills, and experience. I will be able to handle the future events occurring in front of me in a better manner by applying the knowledge and skills gained. During the execution process of the research, I have identified various aspects of the business environment. This research has acted as a base for the knowledge of the different aspects of the business environment. I will be applying this knowledge of the different aspects of the business environment in practical life. For practically applying knowledge, there is a need to develop theoretical knowledge of the aspect. By focusing on this aspect, different sources of data collection have been applied in this research (Powers, et. al., 2016). I have conducted this research program in different parts for presenting the data in a structured form. In the assignment one of the research, the discussion has been made about the background of the research topic, objectives, and scope on the basis of which research has been executed and data collected by applying the methods of data collection. In the second assignment of this research program, I have discussed different methods used for data collection and analysis of the collected data. These methods are explained in this research. Knowledge can be applied for dealing with the different aspects of the general life and professional life. As a professional, I will take advantage of the knowledge gained for grabbing the opportunities available to me. This knowledge will enhance the skills and chances of growth.
